Consultant agency
Advice with consequence. We help you see the work clearly before you staff it or build it.
About
Named for how the work should feel.
The VYPR Group LLC is a partnership. We built it because we believe a true software engineer is defined less by tools than by temperament: the patience to watch, the consistency to stay, and the precision to finish.
The idea
Inspired by the viper
A viper does not perform for an audience. It studies the ground, conserves energy, and moves once. That is the opposite of the industry habit of rushing talent into seats and calling it delivery.
We took that as a standard. Persistence is showing up to the same hard problem tomorrow. Consistency is the quality of the work when no one is watching. Precision is knowing when to strike — and following through.
Talent drives tomorrow. The people we represent, and the work we accept, should be able to stand on that line.
How we are built
Hybrid by design
Dev shop
A studio that ships. When the right move is to build, we build with a small, serious team.
Talent agency
Introductions that hold up. We place engineers we would trust with our own work.
Staff resource
Capacity without lowering the bar. Embedded people, same standard.
A partnership
The VYPR Group is run by partners who wanted a firm that could advise, build, and staff without splitting those instincts into separate companies. If that sounds like the way you want to work, write to us.
